Draft for the prototype — have this reviewed before taking paying customers.

CheckBridge collects the information needed to print checks for you: your name, email and business name; the bank account details you enter; data read from QuickBooks Online that you authorize (bank accounts, checks and bill payments marked to print, and payee names and addresses); and records of what you print.

We use this information only to provide the service. We do not sell it or use it for advertising. We share it only with the service providers that run CheckBridge (hosting, card payments by Sola, and Intuit for the QuickBooks connection) or when the law requires it.

You can export or delete your data at any time by contacting us, or by removing a company from CheckBridge, which deletes its bank details and history. Disconnecting QuickBooks revokes our access with Intuit.
